All orders are processed as soon as possible after they are received. We do our best and usually fill all orders within 1 to 2 business days; however, because we are a small company, sometimes, it will be 4 to 5 business days before an order is shipped, depending on our work load. We maintain a good volume of inventory for most of our products.

Priority Mail (2-3 business days for delivery) except; our Spare Tire Carriers and Benz Silent Riders we ship UPS Ground (2-6 business days for delivery). We ship all orders complete and shipping charges will be charged. We offer FREE shipping on qualified orders over $300. We only ship to the United States and Puerto Rico (PR). We ship only after we receive payment and shipping is defined as:

You may ask to return any unused and unaltered item(s) within 30 days of purchasing for an exchange or a refund. A call to our Customer Service or Technical Support at (623) 435-1337 may help you avoid an unnecessary return.
Authorization is required and returns are handled on a case by case basis. Unless a return is authorized, any item(s) sent back will not be credited back and the customer will be liable for additional shipping to return the item. Once a return authorization is issued, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days and must be in 100% "sellable" condition.
Returns for Refunds: Are subject to a 20%, or $10.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by us (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). If the product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or credit.

Return Procedure: You Must Obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number before returning an item(s). E-mail Cisco@LEDTSK.com or call (623) 435-1337 with the order number, stock number and the reason for the return, to obtain a Return Authorization (R.A.) number. Once you receive an R.A. number you may return the product, in the original packaging, properly packaged. When the product is received and verified, you will be credited according to the return policy. To verify returns, you should obtain a tracking number from the carrier who you ship the item with.
